recognition of qualifications by universities and/or other RTO's (registered training organisations)

 

The Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia recognises the AQF (Australian Quality Framework) Qualifications and Statements of Attainment issued by any university and/or other RTO's and offers advanced standing to clients holding relevant AQF qualifications and statements of attainment.

Where, despite Whitehouse Institute recognition of AQF qualifications and or statements of attainment awarded by another RTO, students found to be deficient in essential competencies, remedial education and training will be offered to them for a fee at the earliest opportunity. The intention here is to facilitate fair and reasonable progression of the student through the learning program offered by the Whitehouse Institute of Design, Australia.

This provision is included to safeguard both the client and the Whitehouse Institute against a situation where a student may be deemed 'not yet competent' due to some unforseen deficiency resulting from gaps in foundation training provided by another RTO at an earlier time.
